Sen. Rand Paul mocks Obama, says his views couldn't 'get any gayer’

GOP Sen. Rand Paul (Ky.) on Saturday blasted President Obama's decision to endorse same-sex marriage, mocking the president's claim that the announcement was the result of years of personal reflection.

“Call me cynical, but I wasn’t sure his views on marriage could get any gayer,” said Paul, in remarks to the Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalition dinner, first reported by the Des Moines Register.

"It did kind of bother me though that he used the justification for it in a biblical reference," Paul continued. "He said the biblical golden rule caused him to be for gay marriage. And I'm like what version of the Bible is he reading… I don't know what version he's getting it from."

They could get gayer, but he'd have to give the state of the union speech in a tutu.

Ummmm...technically, he’s on the down low. Not that uncommon in the black community. Were sub group.

I think it’s funny that so many know this about Barry but nobody talks about it....the media certainly is tamping the story down. Maybe the Travolta story will bring out Barry’s past history. Should be fun when he has to give his “I am a gay American President” speech. Wonder if Mooch will be at his side, glaring at everybody.

Rand Paul is right, as anyone who saw BO attempt to throw the first pitch in his “mom’s Jeans” could tell you.

Barry's position can best be explained, not by his reflections on the matter, not by what his daughters think, and certainly not by any reflection or reference to the Holy Bible.

No, IMHO, his position can best be understood by asimple two word explanation:

Larry Sinclair

It will be interesting in this hypersensitive PC world if this will become a huge story.

Most politicians will apologize for nearly anything that causes them grief. I’m hoping Paul shows a set and doesn’t back down.

he certainly has the 3% (at most) of the general population that is actually gay behind him, so to speak.

I encourage him to focus on this issue, and continue to shamelessly pander to them, while the rest of the 97% of Americans wonder “Why, exactly, should this guy be reelected?”

Of course!

Even the Wookie is awed by the shear physical capability of stuffing the wiener in his big mouth.

I’m sure he had his 0h0m0 smile afterwards, which features his bottom lip folded behind his teeth. (No kidding.)

Mske you a bet that you won't probably take:

IF he relinquishes power at some point, he later, after a little time passes, reveals that he is bisexual or gay. He can then claim the 'prize' of being the first black AND the first flamer president.

No, she'll get her wish and blow right out the front door. This is probably exactly why she's such an ugly hateful birch and hates her role as flotus.

Since in Obama’s confused mind the world is all about him and his magnificent glories, there’s a better-than-even chance that between the time when he loses the election and the day when he has to be dragged out of the White House for the last time, kicking and screaming and cursing, he will decide to “make history” again by coming out of the closet as the first openly-gay or bisexual President.

Imagine the fawning adulation in the press coverage that he would receive - it would dwarf anything that we’ve seen so far. His teleprompter has probably already plagiarized the silly McGreevy speech and is just waiting for the opportune moment to spring it on the world:

“Throughout my life, I have grappled with my own identity, who I am. As a young child, I often felt ambivalent about myself, in fact, confused.”

. . .

“And so my truth is that I am a gay American President.”

. . .

“To commemorate this triumphant and historic action that I have taken, I am hereby issuing an executive order which will establish this day now and forever as a national holiday, to be called ‘Coming Out Day’, and direct that all Federal government offices close for that day and give all Federal employees a paid off day in order that they may reflect on the unity and strength and one-ness of my loving benevolence.”

“Now, refer to page 23 of your little red collected sayings of “Me” book and follow me as I recite the immortal words of the hymn ‘Praise Me’, as written by Me.”

Looks like Obama is the first gay Muslim. No wonder the media didn’t, doesn’t & will not do in the future any background investigations regarding Mr. Obama. I never thought any President would match or do worse than Mr. Carter but I was mistaken. Neither owes any respect to be called President in my eyes.

Sen. Rand Paul mocks Obama, says his views couldn't 'get any gayer’

So why don't we get to see Sen Paul on the TV talk shows?

(don't bother to answer that)

I'd like to see Romney pick Rand Paul for his VP. Rand Paul has turned himself into a national figure with Senate clout by effectively communication through the media.

Marco Rubio has not done this. Rubio's focusing on his "Dream Act". Really? That's the priority? The "Dream Act" isn't even the priority in the immigration debate.

Paul's out there with his budget proposals, which make Paul Ryan look like son of Obama.
