I wonder what would happen to insurers who included a statement attached to premium increases that they were attributable to Obamacare.
By what right does the thug in our White House demand that private companies campaign for him. America has, in its entire history, faced no greater evil than Barack Obama. I hope Obama lives a very long time and watches America thrive for generations despite his efforts to destroy freedom.
Too bad we are no longer a nation of laws.
Proving yet, again, that 0bama and his minions have placed themselves above the law, beyond the public, and have now pressed private industry into service in the anointed one’s re-election campaign.
I’m still getting notices from George on my Bush tax cut. And from Reagan.org for my end of the cold war dividend. And reminders from the Lincoln estate for winning the civil war. And ...
So say this in small print:
The Federal regulation known as ObamaCare, requires that we tell you that this rebate is the result of ObamaCare. However, we also feel it necessary to inform you that under ObamaCare and as a direct result of ObamaCare, the national debt has increased, your freedoms to determine your own health care have been severely restricted, the paperwork is worse and your taxes will go up. Please consider this very carefully when you vote in November.
How will this work when the Supreme Court throws out the entire ObamaCare law?
It’s great to be king.
Until the peasants revolt.
Insurance companies forced to be part of Obama re-election campaign. Film at 11.
The entire federal government will be part of the Obama re-election campaign. Why would anyone be surprised?
Since comrade obama took office, my rates have more than doubled and covers less.
I’m glad they’re finally going to refund the difference.
The Obama Cult of Personality continues to trample the Constitution.
It appears we’ve got way too many drug addicts running the Federal “government” these days. This is insane. Of course, if the companies fail to do this, that lowlife Eric the Holder will sue Arizona again.
What rebate?
I’ll be lieve that one when I see it.
Can I credit him for my premiums going from $250/mo to $600/mo since he took office?
Or should I give him credit for the increase in the cap Medical Deductions from 7.5% to 10% next year?
Those so-called rebates will barely pay for gas and IRS will probably tax it next year like they do with every “benefit” returned to voters. SO WHAT.
If it were $7200 instead of $72 or $127 I might care.
