"Liberals would already have a lawsuit at the courthouse - what is wrong with framers and conservatives? I think digger answered this to an extent in #31. Conservatives are not as quick to act until they feel directly threatened while liberals are obsessed with controlling everything and everyone. They never rest and it seems that they have an much larger resource well when it comes to finding money for their causes.
