Genealogical society: No proof of Warren’s Cherokee heritage found
boston herald ^ | May 15, 2012 | Hillary Chabot

The New England Historical Genealogical Society, which originally announced they found evidence of Elizabeth Warren’s Native American heritage, said today they have discovered no documentation to back up claims that she is 1/32 Cherokee.

“NEHGS has not expressed a position on whether Mrs. Warren has Native American ancestry, nor do we possess any primary sources to prove that she is,” said Tom Champoux, spokesman for the NEHGS. “We have no proof that Elizabeth Warren’s great great great grandmother O.C. Sarah Smith either is or is not of Cherokee descent.”

So, the institutions that hired her based on her purported demographic data, which they acknowledged in her bios, were lied to.

And she violated Federal law by falsifying EEOC data to her employer.

Since she’s a liberal, there should be ample links to her dirtbag heritage.

And virtually no links to her intellectual heritage.

And once again, Harvard Law shows that we should pay no attention to the man/woman/whatever behind the curtain.

Well looky here:

18 USC 1001: Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully - (1) falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact; (2) makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or (3) makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry; shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years or, if the offense involves international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331), imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both.

Fauxcahontas in heap big trouble.

But, but, but ... what about those high cheekbones that she remembers. Isn’t that good enough? Maybe for Harvard but not for me.

We have lost the capacity to deal with this type of conduct. She should be stripped naked, tied by the wrists to the back of an oxcart, then whipped down the street by a burly bailiff. If tender sensibilities are offended by the afore mentioned punishment; then the stocks, pillory or dunking stool would suffice.

I see the out. “knowingly and willfully”.

Bill Clinton could drive a truck through that loophole.

“And she violated Federal law by falsifying EEOC data to her employer.”

LOL Perhaps we should drop that in holder’s suggestion box for maybe upholding ANY law.

My GGG-Grandfather was a member of the Frontier Cavalry. He was responsible for securing the Frontier and killing Indian raiders ... There isn't anything I can do about it, it's part of my history. But he did help provide a safe, secure Texas in which to live, and for that I am grateful. (I guess I won't be offered a job at Harvard)
