O'Keefe Strikes Again--in North Carolina
Breitbart..com ^ | 5/15/12 | Tony Lee

James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas exposed how easy it was for someone to walk in to a polling place and get Attorney General Eric Holder’s ballot, and now it has released another video that shows how easily non-citizens--and even dead people--can vote in North Carolina, a crucial 2012 swing state.

In the video, William Romero, an apparent non-citizen, is shown to be registered to vote in North Carolina. According to jury refusal records obtained by Project Veritas, Romero was recused for being a non-citizen. Yet when a researcher from Project Veritas went into the polling station, he found that not only was Romero still on the voting rolls but the poll workers were also more than willing to give him Romero’s ballot.

The video finds that another alleged non-citizen in Durham County, North Carolina, was on the voter rolls--and apparently voted in 2008 and 2010--even though he had been categorized as “code 7” in jury recusal forms, which means he had been excused as a non-citizen.

"Now we know how Bozo won in ‘08."

We need strict voter ID laws in every state. This "stuff" has gone on way too long.

A news report quoted one Philadelphia voter in our Pennsylvania primary as saying he wasn’t asked for ID even though they were supposed to starting with this primary. Who’s going to watch the watchers? All the Dems have to do is get their friendlies manning the polls and have them look the other way.

Has Cate Edwards (John Edwards’ daughter) been allowed to vote in NC? She got out of jury duty by claiming to be a non-citizen.

As long as their criminal and chief wins it isn't a story worth telling

I truly believe that knowingly committing vote fraud should carry a non-revokable automatic 3 year prison sentence for the first offense. Those who encourage large numbers of other people to commit voter fraud should have automatic 5 year sentences for the first offense.

Even if you hate the pubbie party (I know I do), it is still important to work with them in this area as a poll watcher. I can only speak for FL...but it seems that as soon as I show up, the precinct captain is on his best behavior (maybe they think the UN sent me)

I am hoping that we can take advantage of the rolls of non citizens outing themselves to avoid jury duty and sort them by address and get the list attached to each polling place. The W 2004 FL campaign was fairly organized and probably could have done that with today’s data. McLame, no flipping way. 2012, well it should be interesting to see just how much Romney wants this.
