who needs a court when bureaucrats, cops and politicians can decide which laws they feel like enforcing and which ones they can ignore?

If he can’t legally work here how can he practice law no matter his qualifications? Also, a lawyer is an officer of the court and as such his illegal status should disqualify him. Also, if he loses a case, would that not be the basis of an appeal?
