I generally have a problem with victimless crime laws. Oh, I know, “But society is the victim.” I don’t buy it. The further you have to stretch to find victim (as in an actual live person harmed against his will), the more likely you are going to trample on freedom. This thinking is the bedrock of the nanny state.

THIS is where the substance of the debate should be, not marriage. If we properly push the argument back to the illegitimacy of homosexual conduct (and all deviant sexual behavior, for that matter), the counterfeit marriage issue would be mute.

Are you listening, NOM?

Even though sodomy laws were rarely enforced (you'd have to have men or woman having sex in public view, which is against the law anyway) and the level of crime was usually on the order of a traffic ticket - Class C misdemeanor in Texas - it served as a powerful censure on deviant conduct, according to the vast majority of the community, ancient tradition, and our Judeo-Christian value foundation, which IS the default value system in America.

Now, the libertarians will come out of the woodwork telling us we have no right to regulate "private conduct." That argument is now proven laughable, considering the rampant homo-impositions that are being forced on normal people all over this country in this day.

And as much as the givernment’s behavior may lead you to believe otherwise, it’s not one of their enumerated powers either.

In a truly free society-—where freedom of speech and press is respected—even if they “offend” some people or group—that is the only system which is supported by Just Law—Rule by Law (vs. Rule of Man—made-up arbitrary law that Barney Frank “feels” is “right”.)

Just Laws is the basis of equality and freedom. Without it (Cicero, Founders), there is no Justice—no equality under the law. The Standard is God’s Laws—the Bible—Universal Truths which were recognized in in Western Civilization—even observed in Eastern nations (family unit, lying/cheating evil, etc.).

A game (football) can not be played if there is not one set of rules. Civil Societies can never exist under arbitrary laws—they will become totalitarian (Cicero). America has its set of rules-—it is God’s standard of Right and Wrong, set in the 10 Commandments—which has its traditions set in Common Law and the Magna Carta and the Mayflower Compact.

No civil society can operate if Virtue is forced out of a society. Never can happen. That is why “sodomy is good” is being taught to children. It will destroy Christian ideology—the basis of Right and Wrong and put in Satan’s Ethics. It is on purpose to destroy the idea of God.

Zero is trying to eject not only God—but Natural Laws. That is Marxism at its core and it is meant to destroy the natural family—bedrock of civilizations—to destroy order and create chaos and state dependent dysfunctional people.
