SHARPTON: We start in 1988 with the attack add against Michael Dukakis. And we saw it again in 2004 with the swiftboating of John Kerry. The party has run entire campaigns on character assassination. But the latest effort, it’s about more than just winning an election. It’s about dehumanizing President Obama.

This would have been a major cheat on Barack Obama’s part. Imagine if any Republican candidate had been found with a cheat of that magnitude in his or her past.

We’re not racist. We just don’t like Sharpton-Americans — you know that pesky little subset of self victimized African-Americans. So, the 8% of African-Americans that aren’t going to vote for Obama are alright in my book.
You can keep the Sharpton-Americans ... the 92% that will vote for OBama *just because he’s black*.

Didn’t have a racist bone in my body from growing up in the ‘50s (in a predominately Black neighborhood for the first 6 years) until recently. They are beginning to convince me that being White means that you HAVE to be racist.
