No sooner did the literary agency brochure in which Barack Obama was said to be Kenyan-born surface than the media went to work to deep-six it.
"This was nothing more than a fact checking error by me - an agency assistant at the time," Miriam Goderich, now a named partner in the literary agency, Dystel & Goderich, wrote in an emailed statement to Yahoo News, which was then picked up ABC News. "There was never any information given to us by Obama in any of his correspondence or other communications suggesting in any way that he was born in Kenya and not Hawaii. I hope you can communicate to your readers that this was a simple mistake and nothing more."
This confession rings false to the point of preposterous for any number of reasons. Let us start with the obvious. At the time, 1991, the Acton & Dystel agency listed 90 clients, Obama among its least significant. How likely is it that Goderich would have remembered enough about a 1991 "error" to know it was hers, especially since it went uncorrected through several revisions until changed in 2007? To make this claim credible, there would have to be an existing paper trail leading to an Obama submission in which he lists an Hawaiian birth. I am confident that there is no such submission.

Yes, and Obama was supposedly a legal editor himself who should have been a brilliant factchecker. His former professor and later, campaign adviser, Laurence Tribe said Obama was the best and smartest student EVER at Harvard. Plus, how is it the error wasn’t caught when Obama first ran for public office in 1996?? Was it only an inconvenient “error” when he wanted to be president??

Brilliant catch. Two false details in his life. Both were taken from real facts: his father was from Kenya, so he pretends to be born in Kenya; he worked for a small business publishing company and pretends it was a huge international corporation and he was the only black guy there.
These are two mistakes that a proofreader just could not slip up and make.

While I tend to agree, the Obots claim that “birth to two citizen parents” is ambiguous and not clear.
I would like the SCOTUS sort it out, but they will not touch it.
I am sure that if McStain had been elected, the same little Obot Commies would be screaming that he is also not eligible.
With Barry it’s all a mystery. I have some suspicion that Sr. isn’t his father. He and Sr. don’t look anything alike. I don’t think it’s Malcolm X or Frank Marshall Davis, but who knows with this man. He’s definitely hiding a lot. I think the deception started at or before his birth. I don’t think there was some plan back when he was a baby to have him become President some day, but there was some reason for it. And there’s some reason(s) why he won’t release any documents.
There’s another error of omission. Obama was raised in the state of Washington before being raised in Indonesia or in Hawaii.
I wish it was so, but within a week or so, this will all be forgotten.

Eighteen Supreme Court justices have already agreed on a definition of natural-born citizen to specifically satisfy what the term means in Article II Section of the Constitution: all children born in the country to parents who were its citizens. Any other kind of birth citizenship had doubts that had to be resolved, either through statutory law or by satisfying the subject clause in the 14th amendment, which the Supreme Court defined in a way that ALSO excludes Obama from being a citizen at birth. These are clear legal precedents for those who can read the decisions honestly: Minor v. Happersett and U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark.
And besides, this was way back in 1997 and computers were so much less sophisticated then. Spell checkers did not yet know that that 'Kenya' was a misspelling of 'Hawaii' and thus did not autocorrect it....
But calling him a liar is "racist".

Sorry to say it, but this won't have legs.Nothing will be done about it. There is no collective will in the congress to do it .Barry will be on the ballot in all 50 states and, if re-elected, now unfettered by having to face an election, will have four more years to dismantle the United States. Of course, this is only my opinion.
I don't know. Even if he is of Sr.'s loins, that's a step grandmother or something. EVERYTHING is odd and convoluted with this man. He has about 50 half siblings. "Father" left when he was a baby. I've heard Sr. and Stanley were never married anyway. White grandfather had Frank Marshall Davis as a buddy. Mother marries a Muslim from Indonesia. Consorted with all kinds of radicals. He's a mess! And people thought this looked good in 2008?!
