“I agree, looks like prison tat’s. I do like tat’s on women if they are done right and don't go overboard.”

I'm a little older than most here and “Tat’s” make my skin crawl. As a child I noticed that the parents of a kid up the street had numbers written on their forearm and my Dad explained to me about Nazi concentration camps. Later I found out about how people with interesting “Tat’s” were selected for special treatment. Can't see a “Tat” without thinking about that.
