I think the AZ Secretary of State is trying to wangle the DNC to sue Arizona to demand that Obama be put on the ballot. This could turn into a catch-22 if the hearing was held *after* the election.
Importantly, no one has the “right” to have their name put on the ballot, unless they fulfill the requirements to do so. And this gets extra interesting in presidential ballots because the people are *not* voting for a presidential candidate, but for representatives in the Electoral College.
So the AZ Secretary of State might be on to something here. If the State of Hawaii refuses to provide that information to Arizona’s satisfaction, then Arizona can block Obama’s name from the ballot.

Well! Guess that settles that!
Nation's #2 moron has issued an executive-like order.

Why did McCain lose in 2008, because he wanted to.
Think that says it all about the bastard and how important any statement is from him.

The president of the United States is not going to be taken off the ballot, "Progressive Republican" McCain told Phoenix television station KPNX.
There, fixed it.

All of the sudden McCain cares about issues in his own state. Fast and Furious, border violence, murder of AZ agent....silent.

Thanks for posting. I think most states have laws that prohibit the falsifying of pertinent documents. Some are even felonies. The state attorneys generals should pursue charges based on the obvious questions of validity concerning Obama's birth certificate and draft registration documents, alone.
In Louisiana, we have http://legis.la.gov/lss/lss.asp?doc=508450.

Rev Wright did not fly in 2008 and it will not fly now
But, if Obama claimed to be a foriegn student when in school and applied for student aid as such and it was granted and now he claims to be natural born.
He committed FELONY FRAUD
That is a high crime and misdemeanor
and is therefore a IMPEACHABLE offense.
So get some of those records UNSEALD

Senile John McCain is at it again. Looking for adulation from the Lib press via backstabbing his fellow Republicans. He should drop dead and yesterday would be good

Is he up for reelection anytime soon? Vote that RINO out for good; maybe he can move to CA, all he needs to do is put a (D) next to is name, and voila, senator for life.

McLame apparently still thinks he’s a good man and we shouldn’t be afraid of him.

At the end of the day, he's right. Zero
will make the ballot, if he has to break the legs of
all the SoS's wife, kids and pets. It'll go just he way it did in GA.
From what I've read of the Secretary of States actions, he will accept most any assurance from HI officials about Zero's pedigree. A simple affidavit that a document exists. What's puzzling is HI announced a stonewall late this week. They are requesting the SoS prove he needs a certification. I don't get that...unless this is some sort of game.
