This just proves that Obama is for abortion up to birth in my mind...Jill Stanek said it best in the article: ""I’d like to ask Michelle how in the world she could in good conscience raise money from fear-mongering about this barbaric abortion procedure," she added."

Obama is famous for his partial abortion stance in Illinois at the time when he was a state senator. She was just backing up Hubby.

Wrong. I think it is clear that he is in favor of abortion even after birth as well.

IMHO since day one I am convinced she is the more ardent Marxist of the two. I fear her more, because IMHO she is calling the plays behind the scenes probably more than we know.

——”The fact remains, with no provision to protect the health of the mother, this ban on a legitimate medical procedure is clearly unconstitutional and must be overturned,” Michelle Obama writes in the letter.-—

There are no such medical circumstances, unless the “mental health” (as in “Doe v. Bolton”) of the mother qualifies. But it’s hard to see how murdering an infant can improve anyone’s mental health.

God protect us from these lost souls.

Michelle is a cold, cold self-serving woman

I don't care how many hairline waxes, eyebrow shapers and skin blemish coverups they use on her - the coldness shows in her eyes and mouth everytime the camera catches her unguarded

I do not see how any human woman who has given birth to a child and waited to hear that cry, can call “partial birth abortion” a legitimate medical procedure”

Would she hold her daughter's hand as her child's head was pulled into the birth canal, suctioned of its brains, and then delivered?

This could be great for the pubbies if they choose to use it. Otherwise, there’s nothing these 2 Marxist slobs do that interests or surprises me. We need to concentrate on getting them out of the WH this November, and that’s that.

There is a vote by Obama on record (but I don’t remember when ... don’t think it was when he was senator, but in some office.

Anyway, he voted that if a baby survived an attempted abortion, it was okay for the doctor to go ahead and kill the baby, since that was the wish of the mother.

Let’s not put this desicable couple back in office no matter what.

protect the health of the mother

That is such BS! Those women could care less about 'the health of the mother', they just want to be allowed to kill the unborn any damn time they please.

Moochelle can in good conscience support Partial-Birth-Abortion, because she more than likely supports her husband's belief that it's okay to withhold life-saving medical care from a baby born live from an abortion.

I love it when liberals claim something is unconstitutional, then provide no argument to support their statements. It's a good thing Moochie is barred from practicing law, because she'd never make any money if she had to argue a case in court. Dumber than a box of rocks.

Her poor daughters. How would you be able to deal with a mother who with no pang of conscience could have easily had you killed just before being born? I hope those girls never realize that they were just conceived and delivered to be political props.

As I recall obama voted to put a baby born alive in the anteroom of the delivery (post attempted abortion) and let them die of hypothermia and respiratory failure. This sasquatch position should shock noone.

What should be shocking is that the black community is strongly pro-Margaret Sanger who set up Planned Parenthood for the express purpose of killing young black babies because she felt that blacks were and inferior race. Yet, they overlook that fact. Reason, logic, rational thought, barack, sasquatch,....none seem to go together with these two.

"The fact remains, with no provision to protect the heath of the mother, this ban on a legitimate medical procedure is clearly unconstitutional and must be overturned," Michelle Obama writes in the letter.

Health exception....

"Whether, in the words of the Georgia statute, "an abortion is necessary" is a professional judgment that the Georgia physician will be called upon to make routinely. We agree with the District Court, 319 F. Supp., at 1058, that the medical judgment may be exercised in the light of all factors - physical, emotional, psychological, familial, and the woman's age - relevant to the well-being of the patient. All these factors may relate to health."

Doe v Bolton - As bad as Roe. Thank you Injustice Blackmun.

It’s amazing how low some people will stoop to sell their souls for votes. Worse yet, it seems to work just fine for them!!
