There are no such medical circumstances, unless the “mental health” (as in “Doe v. Bolton”) of the mother qualifies. But it’s hard to see how murdering an infant can improve anyone’s mental health.

Anyway, he voted that if a baby survived an attempted abortion, it was okay for the doctor to go ahead and kill the baby, since that was the wish of the mother.

What should be shocking is that the black community is strongly pro-Margaret Sanger who set up Planned Parenthood for the express purpose of killing young black babies because she felt that blacks were and inferior race.
