I wouldn’t want to be on the jury that acquits him. If there are any black members on the jury, and there will be, it will be a hung jury at best.
If there are any blacks on the jury, they will be conservative.
The decense and prosecution each get a number of free dismissals, but the defense can dismiss as many as they like if they show cause and there are a number of questions they can ask which will bring the marxists out into the light.
