Hugo Chavez In Amerca: A 2nd Obama Term Means No Indepdendent Judiciary
President Obamas most blatant first term abuses can be struck down by the check on Presidential power by an independent judiciary. For example, last year Obama purported to make recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), when the Senate was not in recess. But the first time the NLRB so constituted tries to bring any enforcement action for any violation of any of its regulations, the defendant can nullify the prosecution by arguing it was not authorized by a legally constituted Board.
Similarly, the so-called Consumer Financial Protection Bureau established by Dodd-Frank is blatantly unconstitutional. It is organized under the structure of the Federal Reserve Board, which is not part of the Executive Branch, but technically a private sector organization with government ties. So it is not subject to Executive Branch oversight. Moreover, it is not subject to Congressional oversight and funding either, because it is authorized to draw its funding for its own budget which it alone is authorized to set.

I’m sure it’s fine. Phil Dragoo created the compilation.
If Obama is reelected in November that will be the last free election in America until the tyrant is desposed.
That is the most depressing post I’ve ever read at FR.
I cannot come up with a single decent counter against his arguments. He summed up what many here have described in bits and pieces. A second term Hussein will mark the conclusion of our republic.
Now....Exactly where is “Amerca”?
In reality, our Republic ended long ago. Even before the depression the role of the federal government was expanding as opposed to the sovereignty of the states. During the depression, many powers not specifically enumerated were assumed by the now national government. In 1952, the Republican party had a choice: a) nominate Bob Taft who would try to get the government back to its proper role, or b) nominate Dwight D. Eisenhower, who did not know about the Constitution. They made the wrong choice.
Since then the national government has usurped more and more authority from the states. Republican as well as democrats are guilty. May the Lord punish them all.
