Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned -- but what about a Wall Street titan?
Deep-pocketed financiers have abandoned President Obama and are flocking to Mitt Romney in droves, providing more donations to his campaign than any other industry except retired workers. (And that's not really an industry.)
Individuals who work in the securities and investment industry have given the Romney campaign $8.5 million through the end of April, according to data from the Center for Responsive Politics.
Over the same time period, Obama has brought in only $3 million from securities and investment workers, and the industry is only the campaign's fifth largest source of funds.
"They have basically ditched Obama," said John Dunbar, the managing editor for politics at the Center for Public Integrity. "Romney is just a much friendlier candidate if you are a banker."

The MSM is FOCUSED on Wall St. as the enemy.
The panderer-shapeshifter, Milt, fills the bill.
Romney has NO CHANCE.
Time for Obama to re-deploy his Occupy Wall Street thugs as a second warning to the robber barons.
Is there a shortage of coke on the street?
That’s exactly what this article is trying to do but it won’t work.
Wall Street ditches Obama, backs Romney
You boys had better make sure Romney wins, or President Barack Hussein Mountain Dew Obama Comacho will be coming after you...
The question is why would ANYONE even remotely connected with Wall St back n0bama in the first place?
That truly is the question.
\Why would anyone who isn’t on welfare or unemployment back Obama.
They live in a sea of liberal media brainwashing and political correctness.
It still doesn’t completely explain it.
the media is freaking out because Romney super-PACs are running ads tying OBAMA to Wall St., which is 100% true.
LLS
This article is an attempt to resurrect OWS but I think even most of them are realizing that it’s Wall Street that allows investors to grow companies and in turn hire people.
If you look a bit deeper, you find that ‘they’ [most of big business/Wall street, etc.] actually give to both sides.
Sort of greasing the skids for whomever might win.
The question is why would ANYONE even remotely connected with Wall St back n0bama in the first place?
Like Obama, Wall street is about crony capitalism and special privileges.
Is this a good thing or a bad thing?
Is it a good or bad thing that the same people who wanted Obama to give them a bailout and hand them some cash on Wall Street are behind Romney now?
What do they want? And how do they view Romney?
You know Wall Street has nobody but themselves to blame for Obama. They backed him and supported him knowing full well what he was in 08.
“the media is freaking out because Romney super-PACs are running ads tying OBAMA to Wall St., which is 100% true.”
Considering the situation we are in now...I think that is a good move. Tie Obama to the policies he is allegedly against because they guy actually was for it in 2007-09. he was courting Wall Street in his first presidential run and his first year in the White House.
