President Obama Losing To A Grass-Roots Inspired Operation Chaos
Napa Whine Country ^ | 5-29-2012 | Tom Thurlow

Don’t look now, but President Obama could actually lose his party’s nomination contest in this week’s Democratic primary contest in Texas. Probably not to any one of the three candidates opposing him, but he could still get less than 50% of the Democrat votes in the Texas Democratic primary. That would be pretty embarrassing. Kind of a spontaneous “no confidence” vote among Democrats.

If you value your vote, then vote your values!

Now is the time for all good men and women to put Country above Party.

For far to long the Elite in the Party have been in control of our National Elections.

The time has come to cast aside the hold-your-nose clothespins that the Party Elite expect us to use when they ask us to vote for their tweedle-dumb or tweedle-dumber Candidates.

To all TEXAS Primary voters: List the top 10 demonstrated positive values for each Candidate for all offices, and vote accordingly.

If there is no Candidate that meets your values for a given office, then leave that office slot blank.

This will then be a “None-Of-The-Above,” or ABSTAIN vote, AND the fact that you voted in the election will be counted, as you turn in your ballot.

This “None-of-the-Above” vote is a protest voter message directed to the Republican National Committee: CHOOSE BETTER CANDIDATES WITH BETTER VALUES IF YOU WANT OUR VOTES NEXT TIME!

Even if you turn in a totally unmarked ballot for any Candidate for any office your ballot will still be recorded as a legal vote in the election.

One office slot left blank, or all office slots left blank your ballot will still be counted as a ballot cast in this election.

Vote FOR, AGAINST, OR LEAVE BLANK, BUT DO CAST YOUR BALLOT.

The worst thing that you could do is to stay home and not vote.

The Party Elite love it when we do not vote, as it means to them that we are just “apathetic,” and thus they know that we will let them do anything that they want to.

To throw off the stranglehold Party Elite yoke, we need a massive voter turnout on this TEXAS Primary Election Day!

Vote FOR the VALUES that has made America great!

If you value your vote, then vote your values!

Already happened in Arkansas and Kentucky. Could not happen to a more deserving asswipe.

Nice rant, but it has nothing to do with the democratic primary in Texas.

It's not Operation Chaos this time, It's Operation Dewhurst!

Like in some other states, Texas primary contests allow for Republicans to vote in Democratic primaries, and vise versa. However, any Republican who votes in Tuesday’s Democratic primary so that they can vote against President Obama would be barred from voting in the possible Republican Senate run-off election to be held July 31. In other words, those Republicans who want to vote against President Obama in the Democratic primary will not be able to vote in the up-coming July 31 Senate run-off contest, which will probably be between Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst and Solicitor General and Tea Party favorite Ted Cruz

Thanks. I missed deleting a Republican phrase from a posting on another TEXAS thread this AM. Sorry. Need to QC a little better next time.

Our Nation is being run by a bunch of incompetent Professional Politicians in “both” political Parties. It is truly disgusting. Hence, my partially “Party-Neutral” post.

If you and I vote according to our VALUES, instead of some take-it-or-leave-it “election” then our votes mean something for our Country.

As more and more people vote on the basis of values, our rotten political system will be forced to adapt.

So, ignore my error of mentioning that “other” party, re-read my post and I hope that you will agree with me that voting for the highest value candidate, or leaving the office slot blank will be more effective than voting in the same old rabble, over and over again and expecting different results.

Maybe a little late. Republicans and Independents are crossing party lines in droves to oust Sylvestre Reyes.
His opponent is just as big a crook (Beto O'Rourke) but it seems BJ Clinton POed a lot of people campaigning for Reyes.

I thought about being a Democrat today so I could vote against Obama, but decided it was more important to send Ted Cruz to the Senate.

Thanks. Here is some food for thought from a post I posted last night:
_________

If you look up Bobby Kennedy’s Campaign for President Speeches, Bobby often talks about the danger of “all eyes toward Washington.” A week later he was shot dead.

As a young man I remember the Senate SOUTHERN DEMOCRATS often being at odds with the more Conservative Senate NORTHEASTERN REPUBLICANS.

The point of no return was the Death of JFK, and that damned LBJ ramming through all those damned “Great Society” Socialist ideas of MLK while the Nation was still in deep mourning. What a harmful pair they were!

MLK/LBJ’s Socialist Medicare was estimated to cost only 20 Billion Dollars. The same cost as the Going to the Moon space program.

Socialist Medicare has always lost money. The Space Program was so successful that Incumbent Marxist Dictator Obama shut it down this year, in order to divert money to his Communist Obama”care” self-sustaining debt machine.

The tipping point of ultra high Labor Union health and wage demands drove American Businesses into bankruptcy, mergers, or out of the Business-hostile USA.

In 1972 the USA began our long downhill slide as we ceased to be primarily a Manufacturing Nation.

I don’t remember when > 50 % of the US population became wards of the Federal Plantation, but it was about that time also.

Then along comes Reagan and the Southern Democrats became the Reagan Democrats, and the Democrats in the House and Senate switched parties to become Republicans, morphing later into the sorry RINOs of today.

You know the rest of the story. Suffice it to say there are few Conservatives, many Liberals, and few in between, and that is just the Republican Party!

The Republican Party of today is far more Liberal than the Democrat Party of the 1950’s.

The US Democrat Party is essentially European, and is being led by California.

When California reverts back toward the Democrat Party of the 1950’s the National Democrat Party will become human again, like Zell Miller was.

As California goes, so goes the Democrat Party.

BTW, the US Constitution is the most anti-European document ever written, IMHO.
