I see no hope unless the court strikes it down, or enough of it. I wouldn’t count on the Senate to do the right thing, and if Obama wins the election, it would need veto proof majority. I can’t imagine any solution except for SCOTUS. It’s a rotten deal all round.

yes. if we are re-fighting healthcare in the next congress then conservatives will have won a major battle against our government in one of a handful of times in the last 100 years.

I think this is great! I believe he knows how the SC vote went, from Kagan. Why tell his big time donors (in secret) he has to refight the battle and they need to pony up with more cash? If he knows he won, he would be telling them about some other industry/freedom he wants to take away.

Someone suggested on the Rush Limbaugh show yesterday that Obamugabe REALLY DOESN’T WANT TO WIN.
