When I was a youth I smoked pot and nothing happened to me.... yes it did... no it did not... yes it did... they really are out to get me....
now, point out to me where in the constitution the federal government is specifically granted the power over any of the things I listed, including the war on drugs..
I do not want your opinion, just the facts.. and remember, any powers not SPECIFICALLY granted to the federal government are reserved by the states and the people respectively..
“Armed” EPA officials? Why is that not surprising? I can’t think of a single reason that EPA employees would be armed.

1. I agree with you that the Federal government does not have constitutional powers over drug use or abuse. States would.
2. If you want to reference marijuana use by George Washington, consider using a source other than Wikipedia. They are sketchy at best and anything that has to do with dope is really suspect.
3. Calling Satin Doll a bootlicker was rude, and deserves an apology.
It’s a creepy email. He obviously did not just want to say “Hello.” He meant to imply more than that. Can no one see that? As it is, it seemed like a threat to me, but if they did what they are accused of doing, they overreacted.

Which "government"? Show us where the States transferred that power to the national government, and you'll have a defense of the federal drug war, and the EPA.
I'll make it easy. If they did that, it will be listed among the enumerated powers. Just tell us which one you think it is.

The deference paid to the Federal Govmt in general, and in specific, to its “War on Drugs” is the basis for the erosion of individual freedoms in the USA. That erosion results in a cumulative loss of the freedoms necessary for the prosperity we have taken for granted. SD clearly stated he wished the Feds more power

I don’t generally apologize to those publically wishing for more Federal interference in our lives.
I have acknowledged my respect for him in doing for his nephew.
So you’d be OK with making certain drugs illegal at the State level? That’s constitutional.
That at least acknowledges the existence of the 10th Amendment
