'Amateur' hour inside Obama's Oval Office

It is Edward Klein's The Amateur: Barack Obama in the White House, a devastating picture of a president so far in over his head as to make your own head spin.

And, if you have not already heard, Klein, former editor-in-chief of The New York Times Magazine, takes his title from remarks he attributes to former President Bill Clinton, remarks Clinton made at a private gathering at the Clinton home in Chappaqua, N.Y., in August.

The Clintons were arguing in front of guests over Bill Clinton urging a very reluctant Hillary to challenge the sitting president in 2012 primaries, to unseat the man who defeated her four years earlier, but who had appointed her secretary of state.

Dear, ill-informed Chelsea; the only thing your criminal parents "deserve" is a long stint in some federal prison.

Yeah, whatever happened to those 100+ years of indictable offenses each Clinton racked up during the Clinton years. An American Spectator article from way back. Now slick Willie is making millions giving speeches and Hillary is Secretary of State. Go figure.

We are so stupid. If Obama can be beaten so easily then why not FINALLY get a third party or is this all BS and Romney is a horrible candidate who MIGHT win in a squeeker.

Romney is not horrible, he has already shown more guts than McCain did. Read my lips, a third party, no matter how vulnerable Bozo is, would split the vote and allow Bozo to win a second term. The only way a third party candidate would win is if the majority of Republican and independent voters switched to that party, otherwise it would be Big Ears all over again. Romney is not ideal but he is showing more guts than I thought he would.

Mitt, the second worse republican presidential candidate in my lifetime, is worrisome as he very much wants to be president and he had better hope and pray I'm wrong about obama:

obama's damaged in every way a presidential candidate can be and his record completely negates the incumbency's homefield advantage.

And Mitt needs obama so he can be president Mittster instead of an also ran. Anyone else will beat him, so Mitt and the gopE have good reason to not let anything happen to obama, at least not until just before the election.

Of any of the potential scandals, one should be more than enough: obama's not eligible to be president unless he has lied about who his father is. He has said he was born in Kenya, then changed that to "born in Hawaii" so he could run for the presidency and backed it up with forged documents.

All but a handful of people can say, "Everything I know about obama is a lie. What little I do know about obama is his record as president and his record is crap."

This is breathtaking, blindingly insane. Reality has a wake up call coming, it always does, and fortunately people are starting to wake up and come around.

Unfortunately, President Gaffmeister Mittster will be like hitting the Snooze button, probably as planned to get the cart back on the slow, progressive road.

But first he needs to make certain he's facing a damaged obama in November and not his replacement.
