Normally I’d agree. But do we really ‘own’ Cali now? I’d argue we don’t based on the 9th circuit, greens and race groups ignoring the constitution and creating a wholly new set of laws.
We let it go in spirit long ago IMO. This would end the fantasy that Cali is still one of the states and not a law unto itself.
