Don’t worry....he won’t resign until the case is wrapped up and he’s convicted (likely Feb of 2013). The mayor will also be facing charges, and likely leaves by April of 2013 as well. The thing I like about the DC city council folks....they all keep getting paychecks while they wait for the case to occur in court.
Secretly, I think almost all the members of the DC council are mostly bankrupt and really need the monthly check to survive.
I just moved from WDC to UT after 30 years of “living” there. I believe the WDC City Council all are either under investigation, indicted, under ethics investigation or something. What a bunch of clowns...DIMocRAT clowns. While the city is only about 50% black, almost all are black. Racists. The whole WDC government is a circus...a pathetic sad circus.
