Police recordings made the night a self-appointed neighborhood watch captain allegedly shot and killed an unarmed 17-year-old boy outside his stepmother's home sent the boy's mother screaming from the room and prompted his father to declare, "He killed my son," according to a family representative.

The series of emergency and non-emergency calls to police depict the apparent progression of events on Feb. 26 that led to the watch captain, George Zimmerman, 28, who is white, allegedly shooting Trayvon Martin, a high-school junior who is black, as the teen made his way home with a bag of Skittles and a can of iced tea.

What should also be remembered, is that the Mother and Father seemed to have no problems accepting the fate of their son, for almost a month after it happened.

You know that is absolutely true. The first interview with Trayvon's mother that I saw she was grieving but had no axe to grind whatsoever. Then Sharpton and Jackson walked into her life and her attitude did a 180 spin in the blink of an eye.

The parents have been buck dancing on the lid of their son’s coffin ever since.

"no ... disciplinary action for violence" -- but disciplinary action nonetheless for other non-violent infractions on three separate occasions that this time amounted to a 10 day suspension.

The fact that school officials seized rings, jewelry, and watch in his backpack indicates that they didn't believe his story that they were gifts but believed them to have been stolen. Were they stolen from the apartment complex????

The deposition of the school officials should be interesting, especially of the bus driver that he supposedly punched out.

While the Zimmerman/Martin ‘white’ on black killing is covered 24/7 on the MSM with an outpouring of rage and charges of a racial hate crime, where is the concern- where is the rage about the home invasion, torture, beating, rape and murder of the elderly white couple by a gang of feral blacks in Tulsa, Oklahoma just a few weeks ago?

The 90 year old war veteran husband was beaten and his jaw broken. He was shot in the face numerous times with a BB gun and sent to the hospital in critical condition. Mr. Srait died from his injuries a few months ago.

The 85 year old partially blind wife was RAPED and then BEATEN TO DEATH.

Can you just imagine the pain, the humiliation, the horror that dear old lady experienced being gang raped by that pack of feral animals?

And can you imagine the pain, the horror of that dear old husband having to witness this?

There’s a lot more involved here than a home invasion and robbery.

Mr. Martin had been suspended from school three times this school year. The final suspension was for ten days. Ten days? Come to think of it, I have never heard of a TEN DAY suspension from school. Kicked out of school for two full weeks of classes?
I have no idea how a borderline student is supposed to keep up with his studies, or to improve his life in any way, while staying out of any contact with school for such a long period of time. The only possible benefit, it seems to me, is to keep his bad influence away from the other students.

It does happen, when they're trying to keep the rest of the students and/or staff safe. It also generally means that the student won't be welcome back, or at least not for long - they are on their way elsewhere to a more restrictive environment.
