How many would've gotten it without the red circle? This is one of the most common mistakes on the internet. That said, Harvard Law Review doesn't select its presidents lightly (or does it).

Only affirmative action Harvard Law Review presidents make these types of mistakes. I would be surprised if any non-affirmative action Harvard Law Review presidents used contractions in daily speech nonetheless in writing.

I freely admit I added the red circle - it's not in the actual auction photograph of the note (and the auction description has its own typos).

I just think it's a stupid mistake from a stupid man.
