Former Cincinnati union president sentenced to 51 months in prison [embezzled $750K]
Business Courier ^ | June 8, 2012 | Morning Call

A federal court judge sentenced the former president of the Cincinnati Organized and Dedicated Employees union to more than four years in prison, Local 12 reported.

Diana Frey pleaded guilty to stealing more than $750,000 from the union that covers mid-level managers in Cincinnati government. Frey has 60 days to report to prison.

She has already repaid a small amount, but the court ordered Frey to repay the remaining $740,000 she embezzled.

Prosecutors said Frey took money from three union accounts and used it to support a “more lavish lifestyle than she otherwise could afford.”

Frey was also sentenced to serve three years on supervised released following her prison term.

Raising $$$ for Obamao by extracting "dues" from inflated govt checks. At least that's $750k less in Hussein's coffers this fall.

Now that is a GREAT point. The union goons have begun engaging in a little "wealth redistribution" to themselves.

It serves her right for embezzling money that was supposed to be diverted to Obama’s political slush fund.

She could have stolen from the Koch Bros. to enhance her career. Now stealing from the Union squashes any chance of running on the Rat ticket for public office, eheheh. Bernie Madoff lite—less Ponzi, but still criminal thievery.

Unions made important contributions in the past, but the crooks and thugs that run many unions today have no claim to making those contributions. If anything, the unions of today are destroying or have already destroyed the way of life that their predecessors from three or four generations ago won for us.

$750,000? That’s peanuts for a union president. What a poser.

Is there no end to union greed?

No, in fact there are more unionized government employees in the U.S. today, than in the private sector.

51 months? That's almost $15,000 a month. She'll never pay it back. It's gone.

I got my first taste in the mid seventies. Laborers international 714. I put up with the strongarm to cough up 300 for my first job and put up with the corruption when your name got to the top of the list but when they reelected the sec/treas AFTER he had been indicted for stealing funds was too much.
