(CNN) -- A Texas father caught a man sexually assaulting his 4-year-old daughter and punched him in the head repeatedly, killing him, authorities said.
The father was casually acquainted with the alleged abuser, said Lavaca County Sheriff Micah Harmon.
Neither has been publicly identified.
The girl was left inside the family's house during the social gathering, while other members of her family were tending to horses, the sheriff said.
The alleged abuser was known for his horse-grooming abilities, Harmon said.
The father returned to the house, caught the man in the act, and stopped him by striking him in the head several times, Harmon said.
The man was pronounced dead on the scene, while the daughter was taken to a local hospital in Victoria, Texas, for examinations before being released. . . . .

Years ago there was a case in Houston where a man arriving at home from work found a creepazoid molesting his daughter. He shot the creepazoid dead, and then was charged with manslaughter and excessive force. Upon trial, the judge, whose name escapes me, inquired if there was indeed evidence that the deceased creepaziod was indeed molesting the little girl, to which the prosecution acknowledge. The judge immediately responded “Case dismissed, get out of my courtroom!” She then added “If it was me I would have done the same!”
I applaud the father. Swift justice. He should have gone one step farther and ripped off the pedophiles genitals and shoved them down his throat and then beat him to death!!

Dad beats daughter’s alleged molester to death
A father who said he saw a man molesting his 4-year-old daughter behind a barn in Lavaca County apparently beat the man to death Saturday afternoon, officials said.
The death occurred about 3:45 p.m. at a horse barn along County Road 302 near Shiner, about 127 miles west of Houston, said Lavaca County Sheriff Micah Harmon.
Harmon said the victim, a 47-year-old Gonzales man, died at the scene. His name has not been released because his next of kin has not yet been notified of the death.
No arrests have been made in the case. Harmon said a grand jury will probably to determine what, if any charges, will be filed.
Harmon said the father and daughter were at their barn with several other people to groom and care for horses there. The victim came with some of the other people, but was not well-known, if all, to the father and child.
The group later heard the girl screaming behind the barn, Harmon said. Her father ran to see what was wrong and said he saw the man allegedly sexually assaulting the child. While pulling the man away from the girl, he hit the man several times in the head, Harmon said.
The girl was taken to DeTar hospital in Victoria to be evaluated and to have tests done to determine if a sexual assault occurred. She was released later.
The Travis County Medical Examiner’s Office is expected to perform an autopsy on the victim to determine what caused his death.

um that report is confused, the victim was the little girl and her father the dead guy was the “alleged lower than scum perpetrator”
There is a contingent at Free Republic which believes nothing anyone ever does sexually should have a negative consequence under any circumstance.
Probably romney fans.
It’s not quite “case closed” just yet. We need to know if anyone involved is a white hispanic, or resembles a hypothetical son of the President.

From just info in this article, it appears we have a candidate for Father of the Year just in time for Father’s Day. I’d like to shake this father’s hand.
I imagine he’d be a hero in jail too. There’s no easy time, but I would think he’d get by better than most.
The father was just taking out the trash. The world smells better and Hell has another sewer rat. I’d say it’s a good day.....
