President Barack Obama is rapidly losing support among African-American voters in North Carolina, a new poll out today from the Democratic-leaning Public Policy Polling shows.
The poll finds that Mitt Romney would get 20 percent of the African-American vote if the election were held today, compared with 76 percent for Obama. Overall, Romney has a 48 percent to 46 percent lead on Obama in the crucial swing state.
Obama received 95 percent of the support from African-Americans in North Carolina in the 2008 election, compared with just 5 percent for Republican nominee John McCain.

Oh!!! It’s just plain nasty being right all the time....almost!!!! Six thousand, four hundred times after the 2010 blowout of the Democrat Party, I have witten on this site and countless others, that the Democrat Party should broom Obama by forcing him to resign....or announce that he will not run for re-election. Less then that, and there will be no Democrat Party after, November, 2012. Further explanation is not not requied, unless you are a Democrat!!! Yes, I agree. Some just may not go vote at all, rather than not vote for BO. A very few will vote for someone other than BO.
I think that's an excellent point. Obama has debased not only the office, but the entire concept of government.
Romney is his ideological mirror image (big government, nanny state, non-Christian) and the fact that all the "official" GOP thought this would be a winner means that socialism has been accepted at all levels.
The only difference is the mouthpiece.
Getting back to the topic, though, I suspect that Obama is not going to run again. He'll get kicked to what is "upstairs," in his mind...that is, a position with some international organization, probably arranged by Bill Clinton, and some other Democrat will be the candidate and will probably win handily. Romney is a Clinton Democrat in everything but name, and if they run a real Clinton Democrat against him, he'll surely lose.
It is harder when you're an African American, your brains are not like the brains of the White people, you have to work harder to be smart. - or something like that, the exact wording escapes me.
I wish someone would appear who captured that speech and post it everywhere because, it actually is a slap down of the Blacks. In essence, he said they have inferior brains and thinking power. African Americans need to hear him say that and then realize that he has never, ever considered the majority of them to be able to achieve very much.
Does anyone else remember that speech and have any details?

Forty five years ago we started to pay people to not work. All of us that work resent this, even blacks.
When more than half are riding in the wagon the few that are pulling it need to be chained and whipped to keep it moving. The wagon rolls along until the first hill. We are at that first hill.
How can this be????? They ONLY VOTE FOR HIM BECAUSE HE IS THE SAME COLOR AS THEY ARE. Nothing else matters to them.
Other than the color of his skin, he doesn’t have anything in common with them. His purported father was Kenyan, his mother was white. He did not grow up in the American black (civil rights) experience. Actions speak louder than words and all thought he’s spouted plenty of bull in the black community’s direction, he’s been more than obsequious to Moslems .... and that is who he grew up with in Indonesia. None of this should be a surprise to the black voters in this country ... if they had taken a look behind the exterior color, they would have seen the foreigner who is now in the WH, doing his best to destroy the country

I do, and I'll bet you dollars to donuts that lots of other black men feel exactly as I do. How dare he pander to us like that, when his social engineering and experimentation with our economy have wreaked such havoc on the ENTIRE country?
And this, on the heels of his 'evolved' acceptance of gay 'marriage'? He has no idea how deeply that offended most blacks in this country, who by and large, disagree vehemently with the gay agenda.
Black men already carry enough stigmas, some of which were pinned on them by black celebrities and athletes, but Obama has surpassed them all by several orders of magnitude. I don't know how we're ever going to live this guy down. He's like the gooney, screwed up cousin who you can't shake to save your life.

The numbers reflected in this poll are a snapshot of how blacks are feeling about Obama all across the country. Bottom line - they're worse off now, than before they trusted him. That's betrayal in most people's minds, and they'll remember it on election day.
I have a feeling that a good percentage of blacks will just be too busy to make it to the polling station that day.
I sincerely appreciate the black Americans of NC who are willing to vote principle over color. Good for them, and I hope they know there are plenty of white Americans who would do the same.
Suppose the R candidate was Thomas Sowell! And the D candidate was Nancy Pelosi! I would not think a SECOND about anyone’s race. I’d be on fire to vote for Sowell.

Blacks vote skin color, and that’s why Obama gets 95% of their vote. If Obama were a republican he would still get in the neighborhood of 75 to 80% of black votes. Blacks AND liberal that love him NEVER mention the 50% of him that’s caucasion. As a matter of fact when was the last time you heard about his white grandparents that raised him? That’s all he talked about during the election of 2008 when he was trying to appeal to the white liberal. The minute the morons voted him in office he threw his white side over the cliff.
