Good. I hope the illegals pack up and leave Arizona before they can vote in November. They are more than welcome to live and vote in California. Hell, the California Democrats will send air conditioned busses to bring them to California.

And what then if they don’t get the favorable ruling from the SCOTUS?
This seems to be a REAL states rights issue, the kind on which, given a COMPLETELY out of touch, collectivist Federal government (no matter which party is in power), the whole future of our Republic turns.

"Immigrant-rights groups and civil liberties organizations said SB 1070 would lead to racial profiling..."Immigrant rights? WTH are those? Also, isn't an "immigrant" someone who goes through the proper process and is here legally?
"Immigrant rights" = "jumbo shrimp"

Looks like all of you are in agreement with THIS guy on Immigration
'The first act of an immigrant should not be an illegal one. He believes there should be no special path to citizenship. Everyone who wants to come to the United States should have to follow the same channels as everyone else. Those who have come here illegally do not deserve special treatment or special citizenship passes.' *
'Governor Romney understands immigration. He was the Governor of the home of the first European immigrants to the Nation. Everyone should be welcome to come to the United States but they need to do it correctly, as have countless generations of Americans before us. Mitt Romney believes in the rule of law and will fully enforce federal immigration law. As governor, he authorized state police to assist the federal government in immigration enforcement.' *
'Oppose Amnesty Mitt Romney opposes amnesty because he believes that it acts as a magnet encouraging illegal immigration. The last amnesty law passed in 1986 granted legal status to 2.7 million illegal immigrants. In the decades since, the illegal immigrant population has quadrupled. Mitt believes that an amnesty should not be permitted to happen again. Illegal immigrants who apply for legal status should not be given any advantage over those who are following the law and waiting their turn. Mitt absolutely opposes any policy that would allow illegal immigrants to cut in line.' *

I AGREE WITH THIS GUY TO....
