Completely unconstitutional to bypass Congress like this. Obama doens’t care though- even if the Supreme Court strikes it down he will have scored his political points with Hispanics.

So, who does this hurt the most? Young, black Americans.
The executive will always have a certain amount of prosecutorial discretion, but they can’t simply rewrite the law altogether. This is an abuse of power if there ever was one.
Of course, when Republicans in congress take them to court over this, the Dems will spend the rest of the election season accusing the “evil” Republicans of suing to deport poor Hispanic students. {sigh}

He did an end around on the Constitution with his recess appointments and congress did nothing. No reason to think our gelded majority will speak up on this aside from some chest thumping righteous indignation on Meet the Press.
This is going to be unpopular among all Americans, except for the mexicans that pretend they are Americans. In polls, even Democrats are against the invasion. This is absolutely stupid to do during a depression.

WSJ says the move “bypasses Congress”. No joke. The move emphasizes Obama’s notions that ONE MAN CREATES LAW: HIM.
He ignores the duly passed DOMA law, he ignores federal judges who revoke his moratoriums, and now he ignores duly passed immigration law....
