I like Jim Demint a lot, but he is a little late on this one.

Hey Jim, Waco was about 20 years ago.

Better late than never I guess is the one positive to see in this.
I keep praying for our congress critters to have the courage to do what is right. So many though ended up with skeletons in their closets on their way to power that they buckle under the least amount of pressure. Patriots are few and far between. If a few stand in the gap though, perhaps the rest will line up (hide) behind them.

That’s how the Senate works. After it’s become completely obvious that our republic has taken a sharp turn toward totalitarianism, then the solons of the Senate are supposed to step in and set things straight. Pray this happens Jan. 2013 or sooner.

You hit the nail where it counts, some of the same players are sitting on the Hill! The current ATF crop are afraid of the same threats: “You talk, we will see that you lose your pensions and your reputation!!!!!”

I watched my representative, (sonny bono) sit, crying, and slobbering at the Congressional hearing, and doing NOTHING for the little kids and women that were burned to death like a hive of ants!

The Davidians were used to make a point, a warning, to all gun owners that the ATF was all powerful!!!!
