The only real screw up and real catastrophe in a rational person’s life is losing his/her means of making a living, such as lay off from job or losing his business.
Which is why Romney should focus like a laser on economy. Everything else will fall in place if economy improves.

The term Executive Order has a particular legal meaning and legal significance as does the term administrative discretion.
I find folks who don't know the meaning of the terms they throw around don't have particularly strong arguments.
Every single article on the “policy change” referred to it as an Executive Order, so what? Thomas Sowell, whom I quoted, doesn’t have particularly strong arguments?

I think you misread my posting. I am saying it is WRONG, UNFAIR, NOT RIGHT for illegals to step in line in front of those who have done it the right way and waited.
I also said illegals will be taking jobs away from legal US citizens.

Yes, it will take an ACT of Congress to Control the breaking of the law. As with other law breakers, it takes an act by Law enforcement to bring someone to trial. A Congressman has already proposed a Bill to bring to bear the end of the lawless president.
NOT an Executive Order
Actually, President Obama did not circumvent congress by using an Executive Order to effectuate his policy change. The change in immigration policy was set forth in a memorandum written and signed by DHS Secretary Napolitano. To be an Executive Order, the memo would have needed to be an official document bearing Obama’s signature and published in the daily Federal Register. Obama outsmarted congress by effectuating his policy change through prosecutorial discretion that is consistent with the current law and has decades of precedent.

I’ve read some of your post history and you definitely come across as an angry, embittered negative individual (likely male). Of course, some individuals have been known to come here and attempt to sow the seeds of discord.
So, unless you’re here from the Obama campaign, I hope your life situation improves and you become blessed with some happiness & joy.
As for me, I’m continuing to work (and donate to the extent my limited financial means allow) to promote all the wonderful TRUE CONSERVATIVES we have running this year. I refuse to be influenced into pessimism and defeatism.
