Gag is right.
He and his wife both make me physically ill.
Sandusky will not admit that he did the deeds. But that’s a seperate legal issue, in his mind.
But since he has to know he did the deeds, you are right that he has convinced himself that it was a good thing both for him and the boys.
His wife is bizarre. I say she didn’t care whether it was going on or not. She wasn’t going to face it or do anything about it, so if she didn’t know it was because she refused to know.
More likely she knew. Can’t prove it, though.
Remember when she told about the boy that didn’t want to go to the dinner with Jerry that he had already bought a $50 ticket for? It was the boy who presented a problem for Jerry, the boy who wouldn’t cooperate by going to a nice dinner with the kindly benfactor.
That was her point of view. This boy and that boy were presenting problems for Jerry for this reason or that. They were giving Jerry trouble. She couldn’t have cared less about anything from the boys’ standpoints.
No wonder the boy didn’t want to go to the dinner with Sandusky. He KNEW what went with the dinner.
Gag me with a spoon.
She's likely a senior citizen trying to protect her support mechanisms. If he loses, she loses - money! Ever wonder why SS is called the third rail of politics? It's because some old people would boil and serve up their progeny to keep their subsistence. Actually there's not just some; there are many - they're called AARP members.
