Based on the cowardice of the Repubs in the House & Senate, I’m surprised Obama hasn’t declared himself POTUS for life.

Maybe it is just a personal thing with me but...all these pundits and commentators talking about something that is "unconstitutional" leaves me cold. Nothing is unconstitutional until ruled so by SCOTUS! Do the opponents have the gonads to challenge this in court to get it ruled unconstitutional - NO!
