Here is a timeline of some of the events in the Fast and Furious investigation:
December 14, 2010: Border Patrol Agent Brian A. Terry is killed in the Arizona desert. Two guns found at the site are later linked to the ATF Fast and Furious program.
January 2011: Congress begins asking questions about the ATF program.
February 4, 2011: Responding to an inquiry from Sen. Charles Grassley, Assistant Attorney General Ronald Weich writes that top officials had only recently learned about the ATF gun-running program, but that nothing improper was done in the operation. Weich also asserts that any allegation that the ATF knowingly allowed the sale of assault weapons to a straw purchaser who then transported them into Mexico is false. "ATF makes every effort to interdict weapons that have been purchased illegally and prevent their transportation to Mexico," Weich wrote.
March 3, 2011: An ATF whistleblower tells "CBS Evening News" that the ATF intentionally allowed guns to go into Mexico. Just minutes before the broadcast, ATF Acting Director Kenneth Melson issues a statement saying the agency is forming a panel to "review the bureau's current firearms trafficking strategies employed by field division managers and special agents."
March 4, 2011: CNN reports that Grassley wrote a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder complaining that the ATF was "stonewalling" his investigation into the matter. CNN also reports that, according to Grassley, ATF agents told his staff "the agency allowed the sale of assault rifles to known and suspected straw purchasers for an illegal trafficking ring near the southwest border."
May 2011: Holder tells the House Judiciary Committee that he "probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks."

Non Fox news has not covered the killing of Brian Terry and hundreds of Mexicans as direct result of the Obama administration.

And two, they left January 8, 2011 out of their timeline. Congresswoman Gabby Giffords and 18 other people are shot by Jared Loughner. The Democrat party goes into immediate panic mode and appoints Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik as the Blame Police to deflect all attention and blame towards... Sarah Palin, of all people. Rumors swirl throughout Arizona that the reason they went on immediate offense was because they suspected that Loughner's weapons, which had those "high capacity magazines" everyone heard so much about, may have been F&F weapons. In other words... they had everything all ready to deploy in this exact situation. But it turned out Loughner did not use F&F guns.
Interesting about Gifford.
Read today that the F&F guns found at the scene were never said to be the murder weapon. Cannot verify. If so, were they planted at the scene or had Terry confiscated them earlier. Something is just NOT right. His parents have reason to question.

From the beginning David Codrea & Mike Vanderboegh did the best work uncovering and staying on this horrible abuse of power.
The 2 Fast & Furious weapons at the murder were not the weapon that killed Agent Terry. BUT the first report mentioned a 3rd weapon, which is currently “lost”. Smells like that was in fact the actual murder weapon. Yes, did the BATF “loose” (/sarcasm) the murder weapon? As some say to protect a FBI owned operative.
What about the guns in the Jamie Zapata case?
“It’s also very important to remember that ICE Agent Jamie Zapata, along with hundreds of Mexican citizens, have been executed in Mexico by cartel members using Fast and Furious guns purchased with taxpayer money.”

Agent Terry was not killed, he was murdered. You kill a deer, you can kill an enemy, but you “murder” a LEO.
Guess what I was asking< did they actually have the gun that killed Zapata.
Was the gun a Fast & Furious weapon? Uncertain.
Was the murder weapon handled by a “straw purchaser”? Yes.

If you read carefully, sound like legal weasle words were spoken by BATF as far as the weapon is concerned.

I think I need to talk to the field division managers and special agents that did this “on their own” and explain how plea bargaining works.....as it stands now...its death or life without parole if you did it “on your own”...
Check out the second and third prargraphs of Grassle’s letter regarding the Zepata death/gun. Tried to copy and post it, but couldn’t. Think it may become more relavant in the future.
