On Thursday, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) lashed out at Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), calling her recent comments regarding Fast and Furious "mind-numbingly stupid," and suggested she "schedule an appointment" with a doctor.
On Thursday, Pelosi claimed that the contempt vote against Attorney General Eric Holder was part of a grand conspiracy to undermine his fight against voter suppression.
“This is no accident. It is no coincidence. It is a plan on the part of the Republicans,” Pelosi said.
“It’s really beneath the office of a member of Congress to say something that outrageous, and the fact that she was once the speaker is mind-numbing,” Rep. Gowdy told Fox News' Greta van Susteren.
"I have heard a lot in my 16 years as a prosecutor. I couldn’t believe the words coming out of her mouth," he added.
"I don’t know what was wrong with her when she said that. But I would schedule an appointment with my doctor if she thinks that we are doing this to suppress votes this fall. That is mind-numbingly stupid," Gowdy said.
Jim Hoft of the Gateway Pundit reminded readers that "Pelosi also said Democrats brought down the deficit after they increased it by a trillion dollars."
"She’s either mind-numbingly stupid or a chronic liar, or both," Hoft wrote.
Gowdy also took the administration to task for invoking executive privilege at the last minute.
”If executive privilege were so sacred, they would have invoked it 10 months ago,” he said. “To wait 10 minutes before we start a markup? They still haven’t told us which documents are privileged.”

The only thing mind-numbingly stupid about Mz Pelosi is her apparent belief that any thinking person will take her comments to be anything but the propaganda talking points of a DNC lackey.
Aw gee, she is just feeling non important these days since losing her big ole gavel. So, she throws stupid remarks out there to make headlines again.

As I have said for years on FR and elsewhere, her appearance and behavior strongly suggest she is an opiate addict - quite likely iatrogenic due to serial plastic surgeries. Seriously folks, she is ‘dopey’ in the literal sense and, for that matter, the liberal sense as well!

I loved watching Gowdy take Napolitano to school over the DHS issues surrounding Fast and Furious. He couldn’t have been more effective if he had taken the entire U.S. code, in hardback, and dropped it on her head.

When Pelosi, et al., spew these insane things, why don’t our guys accuse them of not caring about lives lost? Of course, they did try that on “The Five”, and either Beckel or Juan answered that, “People die in wars all the time”. In other words, it’s no big deal that our Border and ICE agents died.
Mr. Gowdy, Queen Nancy has a TERMINAL case of STUPIDITY. I doubt that a Doctor could help her. She'll need a BRAIN (from a Zombie, since her brain is from the DODO bird) TRANSPLANT and I doubt it (Zombie Brain Transplant) would be covered in OBlameoCare.
Nancy Pelosi is definitely a stupid woman and her hand-flapping hysteria gets old, fast. Although the MSM downplay or ignore Pelosi’s frequent nonsensical outbursts, I can’t help but believe that she is damaging the average American’s view of the Democrat party. The woman is nuts.
