CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Texas Gov. Rick Perry visited West Virginia last Wednesday to campaign and raise money for Republican Bill Maloney in his race for governor, calling him a "true fiscal conservative."

he recently excoriated 'outsiders' for their endorsements of Ted Cruz? Does he really believe that people outside the state of Texas can't and shouldn't lend their assistance in a US senate race in Texas but he can lend his in a gubernatorial race in WV? What a kook.
