The first six words of this article are all you need to read to realize how broad the Affordable Care Act really is. It is not just ObamaCare and tanning taxes. It is lactation rooms, which create a whole new industry for "lactation consultants", who's very livelihood advising corporations on how and where to implement lactation rooms, would be threatened if ObamaCare was overturned completely.

And who knew about the early Medicare clause for those near environmental health hazards, which is reminiscent of the early retirement clause in Greece for those who work with chemicals. Like Greece, where this expandera to included hairdressers, how long will it take before more and more people sue for early Medicare?

And where was it previously reported an army of HHS employees flew into Libby Montana to help sign up the masses for Medicare?

Mr. Roll said. He signed up and said that switching from his private insurance cut his insurance costs by more than half.

Haha, where does he think that extra cost savings comes from? It's not a more efficient bureaucracy. He's stealing from his fellow citizens, and he doesn't seem to care.

Nursing is a natural thing and a career woman can’t nurse (because nursing requires having the baby with you 24/7). Just like a homosexual man can’t have a baby no matter who he pretends to marry.

Well I’m a pretty easy going boss most of my employee’s have been with me 10 plus years with two just over 15. When family is concerned it gets top priority hell I’ve even helped them with the problems, but I’ll be damned if anybodys going to force me to do something I choose not to. If you want to pray 5 times a day then do it on your own time, if you want to pump breast milk then do it on your own time. I will not furnish you the time nor will I furnish you the place.

So,as usual the liberals are milking the mother/child angle. Anyone who has kept abreast of the news recently could see this coming.

Since neither of my kids would properly latch I ended up exclusively pumping. After awkward, yet polite, emails to my principal the issue was handled. He very kindly scheduled my planning period next to my lunch period. Problem solved without obamacare, LLL, or NEA interference! Also, the LLL can kiss my sweet butt. They are nursing nazis! Apparently I’m a bad mom for pumping instead of direct mother to child nursing. These idiots don’t realize what this pumping requirement will do to female employment. Who are employers going to hire?

She is worried that if the court strikes down the law, it would wipe out a provision requiring larger employers to give women time and a private space to pump breast milk.

Well, that's certainly worth destroying the republic!

Jeez lady, here's a @#%$ straw...

Sheesh. Now we not only have to step over all the dead bodies that couldn’t get health care, we have to avert our eyes while someone is pumping milk on the street.

(BTW, do all womyn do this all the time or is it just some small percentage of womyn for some short length of time?)

How did breastfeeding mothers do anything like take the Mass bar exam, for example, before Obamacare?

” - - - Obama signed the health overhaul in March 2010 - - - “

It was not an overhaul, but a naked nationalization of 1/6 of the American Economy.

The Regulate-Control-Destroy Express continues to roar through Obamanation.

The Economy Will Get A Boost If The Court Overturns ObamaCare

Sat, 06/23/2012 - 3:31pm | eightieserin

The Obama administration launched a pre-emptive ad blitz on June 19, touting the Obama health law’s benefits days before the U.S. Supreme Court will announce its ruling on ObamaCare’s constitutionality. The ads claim there’s a lot to lose if the law is struck down. But they say nothing about the hiring boom that will result from an ObamaCare defeat. It would give the economy a shot in the arm.

If the justices rule that mandatory health insurance is unconstitutional, they will also strike down a big chunk of the health law — all of Title 1 — including the burdensome “Employer Responsibility” provision that has struck fear in the hearts of employers and deterred hiring.

Beginning in 2014, the “Employer Responsibility” provision would require employers with 50 or more workers to provide health coverage or pay a penalty. Not just any coverage, but a package of expensive benefits that the president deems “essential.”

In most states, that requirement would add $1.79 per hour to the cost of a full-time employee. That would amount to the biggest hike in labor costs in American history. Employers in New York and New Jersey, where health plans are the most expensive, would be hit even harder....

That's not what a lactation consultant does. Lactation consultants advice lactating women (not corporations), often those who are having trouble breastfeeding for whatever reason. ObamaCare didn't "create" lactation consultants.
