1.) The most liberal and REVERSED court in the history of our nation has been REVERSED again. The 9th Circus Court.

The USSC ruled checking immigration status is a states right. Now 23 other states plan to follow Arizona’s lead and do the same. GO SHERIFF JOE! Just violate the health code by spitting on the side walk or litter by tossing a cigarette butt onto the ground and see what happens. Unlawful assembly … now that’s a great one.

The USSC said if someone was stopped FOR ANY OTHER VIOLATION police, if they SUSPECT the person stopped is here illegally, have the RIGHT [And now the DUTY] to check their immigration status. Why? The USSC said that is CONSISTANT with the GOALS OF THE IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT.

2.) The USSC said child gang bangers can’t be sentenced to life without the possibility of parole. It didn’t say they must be released upon turning 21 only that they must be allowed to APPLY for parole. The Supremes did not say a word about having to automatically grant a parole which means the punks can be locked up for life if the parole board keeps refusing to grant parole.

3.) The 0bama administration sought to OUT CONSERVATIVE DONORS to SUPER-PAC’S by releasing the donor names and dampen the GOP’s ability to raise train loads of cash for Romney. The USSC REFUSED to rule on or revisit it’s prior ruling that corporate donations ARE protected free speech under the 1st Amendment.

Color me confused. I just read on another thread that 3 out of 4 provisions in the applicable AZ state law under question were overturned by the Supremes.....???

Ahh not the part with the teeth. The part that says Arizona CAN CHECK IMMIGRATION STATUS still stands and it’s now a states right. All the court said was they need a reason like jay walking to stop someone and then IF THEY BELIEVE THEY ARE ILLEGAL, MAY ASK FOR “PAPERS PLEASE”.
