Attorney General Eric Holder, noting that the Supreme Court ruling today did not give “a license to engage in racial profiling,” warned Arizona law enforcement officials that the Justice Department will “closely monitor” their efforts to check the immigration status of state residents.
“We will closely monitor the impact of S.B. 1070 to ensure compliance with federal immigration law and with applicable civil rights laws, including ensuring that law enforcement agencies and others do not implement the law in a manner that has the purpose or effect of discriminating against the Latino or any other community,” Holder said in a statement on the ruling.

Illegals have no civil rights. It is time to truly build a more unified union. All other states should join Arizona. Other govenors should come out and support Arizona. Washington is wrong and the President has been given too much power. Time to take it away and restore order in America. America can have great days ahead, but having a President with too much power is blocking it. Time for restructuring. On to victory !

You wanna show that a speeding ticket was “racial profiling”? If you’re gonna investigate you have to show probable cause for a federal crime. Before you can get access to any records you have to be able to basically prove that a crime was committed. Nanner-nanner-boo-boo. I fart in your general direction. Did anyone else notice the intimidating stance (body posture) of obama with Jan Brewer on Drudge? Go back and look......hand firmly on her shoulder so she can not back off or even turn sideways....so close that he is looking down at her and she would feel small and intimidated looking up at him. When that happens to someone, they should grind their shoe on the top of the intimidators’ shoes ....hopefully they will be shined to a high gloss.

If I was involved in trafficing drugs it seems they would conclude that the border is now wide open. Simply tell the drivers to obey the laws...to do nothing to bring attention to themselves. The law enforcement agents cannot touch you. It would invite the bringing up all sorts of weapons and drugs unimpeded by fear of the law using that 6th sense to even examine the possibility that someone may be a bad guy. I see no impediment to them bringing anything into this country...up to and including a WMD. This is a truely scary ruling from the court.
What prevents bad guys from coming into this country through Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, or California. Obama has stated categorically he will not enforce those laws. The govenors can't protect the borders by this ruling. Who is going to do it? It is enumerated in the Constitution that it shall be the job of the Executive branch. Obama has said he will not. Who then. It seems this will be left to the people. But the people are slow to inform themselves about these matters. As John Wayne said, "Daylights burning",...and so is our country with an executive who should be impeached. I detest Obama...but I have never once written that he should be impeached. He was elected by the people...he pulled the wool over enough peoples eyes to get elected. ...he was elected. Now, though he has in essence given the country over to would be invaders. He has telegraphed he will not stop that invasion. Back to the people....Will the people then properly protect their property and country without leadership. I do not know who will lead to protect this country. Obamas response seems to be a remedy to destroy, not to protect this country.

Arizona law enforcement needs to start arresting various feds for impersonating a police officer & see how the feds like it.
Seems to me that AZ should utilize this two-way street, and if ANY federal leo does any kind of official act, like arrest someone or try to ask questions under color of their federal badge, in Arizona, these federal employees should be arrested immediately as outside of their zone of authority! If little barry abstard commie or Eric ‘Just Us’ Holder sets foot in AZ they should be immediately arrested for endangering the citizens of AZ.
Let little barry nastard boy strut a bit longer since he is destroying the democrap party brand so well before his removal.
