One day after a dim-bulb worker caused chaos at JFK Airport by failing to notice a metal detector was unplugged, the TSA cracked down on its security screeners at the international aviation hub yesterday.
“The supervisors are not happy,” one screener told The Post.
“They’re coming by double- and triple-checking us.”
The screener also said red-faced bosses were “blaming everything” on TSA agent Alija Abdul Majed, whose alleged bungling caused the stunning lapse in security.
Terminal 7 was evacuated and two planes were called back from the runway after the metal detector was found to have been unplugged. Hundreds of passengers had to be rechecked, causing hours of delays.
Meanwhile, at La Guardia Airport yesterday, an X-ray machine malfunctioned when the electrical socket it was plugged into burst into flames.
About 600 people had to be evacuated from Terminal C while the smoke cleared, officials said.

Minimum of 3 people per station plus floor supervisor. In the time span (2 planes loaded and called back from runway) certainly 50 to 100 people passed. (unsure how many stations open) And not one agent NOTICED that NO one was setting off alarm.
What we have here folks is more than a failure of someone forgetting to plug a machine in. We have complete and total failure of training and staff members with no mind. And that incompetence starts at the top!

IMHO, clearly a successful test. Just like the hundreds of other little tests they have been running for several years.
The icing on the cake will be how high this raghead gets promoted in TSA as a result.
Unbelievable, the “Alija Abdul” part especially. Sham agency to keep the white U.S. citizen-peasants in line.
It’s a GOOD thing it was unplugged. That way, no fellow mujahids were inconvenienced or had their feelings hurt.

The muzzie name is no surprise - Dallas has them in headscarfs. What is surprising is the use of metal detectors. All of my recent US flights have involved getting dosed with radiation. New York needs to get with the program.

I always “opt out” so as to get the free TSA “massage”. Also, it seems to irritate the TSA types that someone would have the nerve to inconvenience them. I’m not sure my smile and smirk help at cetrtain junctions of the experience.
