We should show our “support” by turning all Kraft brand products we come across in the grocery store so the back side is facing out.

What is happening to corporate America anyway? Could it be that liberals are getting on to the corporate boards? Obama and Ayers had no problem getting on the board of the Annenberg Foundation, is it possible that some of these leftists could be joining corporate boards as well? David Horowitz has a new book coming out about how the communists have taken over most of the foundations, it is called “The New Leviathan”, it wouldn’t be surprising if they were infiltrating the corporate boards they same way they infiltrated the foundation boards.

Well you might as well add General Mills to your list they are doing the same thing..between the two they make up 90% of what you eat every day.. better start a garden and canning..or not.

Hydrox hasn't been around since Bush's first term or before. They went to Keebler, Kellogg's picked up Keebler and killed Hydrox in the early 2000s. They were back for a 100th anniversary in 2008, however.

A "cousin" to them is Famous Amos' sandwich cookies which is another Keebler/Kelloggs brand.

Kelloggs is "gay friendly."

Perhaps they will have a contest for the gay cabelleros to see how many of these they can jam into their nether regions.

Famous Amos is a Keebler/Kelloggs brand.

See post at 5 on Kellogg's and "diversity."

The head of Oreo's Marketing SHOULD BE FIRED. IMMEDIATELY.

Why would ANY company risk LOSING some of their most devout customers by pandering to the smallest demographic with such a controversial issue? Did gays previously not buy Oreos because Oreos didn't pander to them? NO. Will gays (3% of the population) start buying Oreos ON A REGULAR BASIS (not just temporarily) because of this gimmick? NO.

Will Nabisco PERMANENTLY LOSE SOME OF THEIR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THIS STUNT? YES!!!!

The only outcome of this marketing gimmick is a net LOSS of customers. This is a prime example of how 'PC' KILLS. This is suicide for Nabisco's Oreo sales.. Sabotage, more likely. Hydrox will permanently benefit from this. Watch for Oreo sales to plummet by as much as 10% within the next 3 months with the offset going to Hydrox.

Buy local when possible, don’t trust national brands. They all seem to be going PC. Is this the big metro areas against the small towns? Seems to be so, there is a different culture among the high and mighty in the large metropolitan areas.

Hydrox will permanently benefit from this.

Unlikely, Kelloggs discontinued the product in 2009.

You've not been paying attention to the "culture war" outside your window.

These companies are responding to a shift in the culture. Youth are the ones who aren't set in their ways for brand loyalty and happy to waste dollars on snacks like this. They're the ones these companies are targeting because that's where the new revenue streams come from.

Polling shows younger people have different views on homosexuality than my generation or your generation and that's what's reflected in the new marketing pitches.

It's not a conspiracy to take over corporate boards. Demographics are destiny. The culture war on this issue was held and you lost the next generation. Identity politics has won out over traditional values.

Does anyone know of any good local brands in your areas? Could we start a feature supporting local businesses?

Supporting local businesses keeps the money in the local community rather than feeding some huge national corporation that probably supports liberal causes and gives money to liberal politicians.

There are sizable groups of yutes out there who’ll actually pick a snack or toy based on whether the people who made it go for flaming gays?

This is so facepalm.

It contains Oreos in the picture but I don’t see the usual Nabisco copyright notice on it. I’d like to know if this ad really did come from Nabisco.
