It reads like a who's who of foreign nationals or illegal aliens from south of our border. Hey Obama, you might want to rethink your ongoing suppression of State's abilities to apprehend, detain and export illegal aliens.. Your actions are a direct threat to our nation and it's citizens.

At one time the prison population of Washington State was 48% Hispanic. That was ten years ago.
Hispanics do not make up 48% of the state’s population.
It did then, as now, reflect the demographics of drug trafficking along Interstate 5, which runs from the Mexican border all the way up the west coast states into Canada.
Since I see that 9 out of the 10 are Hispanics I declare this list racis[t] and invalid

Well, its about 50/50 for the US top 10. Hispanics do a lot of drug running and large scale crimes. Many of the worst don’t make the list..
