I would love to see another 9/12 type march in numbers, but if it is as peaceful as that one it would be ineffective. We need to take a lesson form the left for protesting. We not only need the numbers, but we need to make a LOT of noise and mayhem so the media and the gov. would get the message loud and clear.

There's a very loud din coming from our military right now. If there was ever at time I'd pray for a military coup d'etat, it's now.

Yeah, if it is for the purpose of restoring a Constitutional based government, I think it is the "cleanest" way to do it. I'm not talking about some idea of a coup like in a Latin American country, but as an interim to restore the Constitution. BTW, be careful, I got into trouble with my old tagline that said: "General James Mattoon Scott, where are you when we need you? We need a regime change."

We may be risking the ire of some moderators but we cannot hide what could happen and I do say my opinion is strictly my own and not of Free Republic.

I was pleasantly surprised by that movie. I was expecting it to be politically correct, since it is aimed and teens and it wasn’t. I read the whole series.

I can see it happening. Little by little we are losing our humanity.

In this instance, terminology matters. *Rebellion* is the necessary option. Rebellion is a *Constitutional right* when the government becomes the despotic oppressor ours has become.

Only option? No, there is the option of acquiescing to slavery, which I believe is what the majority of Americans are willing to do. 25%-40% are doing it eagerly.

D.C. Has been done and marginalized by the US media. I think a large march to the UN building should be next. Get them out of here before all these international “ treaties” come up before the statist Senate. Besides the world media would not be able to ignore the march or the implied message that they are unwelcome here.
