If it was about anything else before, it is about Obamacare now. We have seen what happens in an election centered around Obamacare. It is not pretty for Dems. If SCOTUS had struck it down today, it would have defanged this issue, and de-energized some of the GOP and Independents who united against this in 2009-2010. Some Independents who have been uncomfortable with being associated with GOP candidates are re-energized and re-united over this issue. What will be fascinating is seeing his whole party run away from him on this issue. We may pick up another 30 seats in the House and 8 Senate seats.

FL won a court test allowing for its voter records to be cleanned up. Look for other states to follow, including throwing out dead voters.

This changes nothing and will probably hurt because it gives Obama legitimacy and will inevitably make the author of Romney Care look like a fool.

I really didn’t want Obama or Romney, and the Supremes have handed the election to Romney on a silver platter.
By late August most economists will be publicly stating “We’re in another recession!” It will be an election between those who believe the lies of unlimited promises and those who fear for their future.
This ruling will be forgotten in that equation.
Just like Palin said today, we need to vote Obama out of office in November.

Liberals don’t care. They know that unless the GOP wins 60 seats in the Senate, the law stands. They will just wait until they get another liberal in office and they will push the ball a little further down the field.
