The regime has shown us time and again they make their own law when they don't get their way.
No one knows what they would do under obamcare.It was so big,so broad,so encompassing they could literally get away with anything,perhaps that was the whole idea.Bring in communism early. And if they get reelected they will try you can bet.
The law has never stopped them so far and its a good bet it won't in the future.

The gent Rush just interviewed has it exactly right.

I’ve been telling friends today, those that would listen, that I deeply regret my time in the Army. I thought I was contributing to the protection of our Freedoms and now it was stolen by one lawyer in a black robe. In one of my conversatoins I had to stop and choke back tears.
I would recommend no soldier re-up and I would recommend that no one join the military. This government does not deserve your sacrifice and half the electorate is willing to use the barrel of a gun to force you to actively engage economically in a market of their choosing.
Freedom was lost yesterday and we have folks out there dancing in its grave!

We have an election coming up and we have a chance to get the presidency and both houses.
Eventually we will (if all goes well) get some Romney nominees on the court. Several of the liberals are old.

I understand what you are saying and will fight for November. However, if we win that one and the next one and the next, well eventually we will lose and the commies will be back in power. The precedent yesterday ensures that they can just legislate any damn thing they want and we have no recorse!
The last vestige of limitation to the fed monster was smashed, we are left with nothing. Plus, we have no legal recourse or alternative resolution. We are only left with the option of breaking their laws.....some minor, some middling and then a full on..........
That is it and it is just a matter of time. Prior to yesterday, we were left with some small hope that the court would protect individual liberty. Now we know we do not have any protection. In fact, the comment to the effect of “the court is not here to protect individual’s from the electoral mob” is nothing more than a dare!
“We won’t protect your liberty any more, so make sure you gin up a big enough mob to out vote the other mob(s)! If you don’t then HAHAHA on you suckers!”
Well, there was a little Declaration of Indendence that stated, “But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”
They have evinced a design to reduce us all under absolute Despotism. Will we exercise our right? Perform our duty?

It's the day after one of the dumbest Supreme Court decisions ever. We're all a little mixed up, I hope temporarily.
Also, look what the did to Clarence Thomas. The whole Anita Hill thing was so damn contrived.
Still, you forget one key player they have in their pocket that we do not: the media.
The driveby media—enemy of us all. They're still out there: plotting, planning and projecting. Don't’ forget what they did to Sarah, how they went after Newt (who fought back!!!), how George Stephenopolis baited Rick Santorum on birth control, their contrived War on Women and the Sandra Fluke kerfuffle, etc, etc, etc.
It just never stops with them.
