The author misses the point. The question is not whether a citizen of OHIO will somehow be allowed some small measure of sovereignty by his political betters in Capitol, but whether those citizens of OHIO will decide that sovereignty is better obtained closer to home..

DREAM ACT....garbage! ACA...garbage! How can any law be passed when those voting YEA have not read the law? Also, many parts of the law have not been written. If you disagree, read the ACA. ACA has nothing to do with “Healthcare”, the main premise of ACAA is increasing government control over “We The People”. Immigration Reform, is a total crock of bull crap....Enforce the immigration laws! Cross the border (Illegally) in the U.S.A., get special treatment, cross the border in any other country illegally face severe consequences.
SCOTUS ruling’s on SB 1070 and ACA I believe were done under duress. Neither of these rulings were done using common sense, logic or used the Constitution as a reference.
