Putting massive pressure on them worked, and Obama’s going to keep that pressure going.
The legal challenges to Obamacare are NOT over, and he needs a compliant court.
For example, there are no exemptions to a tax like there can be with penalties.
Unfortunately, it is a brilliant political move. The white house refuses to call it a tax, but the SCOTUS calls it a tax. Zer0bama gets to move forward on it, continue to stuff it down our throats, and never has to call it a tax. A rose by any other name would smell as sweet, and a tax by any other name smells just as sweet to the democraps.
Maybe Roberts and Obama should have got together and got their stories straight before the big announcement.
