8%+ unemployment (40 straight months), $3+ gas (31 straight months), $6 trillion added to debt, Obamacare, Fast & Furious... and 50% of this country approve. We are at a tipping point. This guy literally gets away with murder. A GOP prez presiding over this disaster would be in the low 20s. (Bush was at 38% with unemployment at 4.5%.)

I have been saying for some time now, visions of a GOP blowout in this election are fantasy.

Demographics have caught up with us. There just aren’t enough of us left any more.

The Kenyan is a heavy favorite to be re-elected, and he will continue our stampede towards economic collapse in his second term. The saddest thing is that half the country, or more, will be wildly cheering him on the whole way as he does so.

America was great while it lasted. I’m going to miss her.

Stupidity of that level should hurt—badly. The problem is....it does not.

Funny how the psyche works, particularly with the weak minded.

Unemployment 8.2%, but when it briefly dipped to 8.1% (after a LOT of statistical shenanigans) you would have thought 0bama was a miracle worker, even though there were more people out of work than ever before.

Gas $3.00+ a gallon - the dims are crowing that predictions of $5.00 a gallon gas were "scare tactics" and 0bama's policies are working.

Get away with murder - Agent Brian Terry; need I say more?

All of this falls on deaf ears and moronic brains though when you have the constant brainwashing from the MSM.

We could be quickly approaching a time when once more we must decide if we will "... pledge our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor"

Although Gallup’s Daily tracking has him at 47%. And beating Romney by 3. So it’s pretty close.

Hopefully once this ObamaTax lie gets traction. And the Tea Party gets mobilized this summer we can bring his numbers down.

Just a lot of low info voters who read yahoo/aol headlines and marvel at how cool Obama is, despite economy.

You can take back the country if you want to. Without firing a shot.
“It was great while it lasted” is what you say to a tramp when you’re tired of her.

Romney provides no contrast to pull this off, the GOPE are useless in attracting any votes whatsoever, from either party and conservative insurrgents remain in grave minority.

How else could this be expected to turn out? There is still virtually no real resistance and very little enthusiasm as a result.

The one thing I agree 100 percent with Bill O’Reilly is that people love their free stuff. We live in an entitlement society where people want their free goodies. 50 percent of Americans pay NO taxes, that is Obama’s voting base right there..so of course he will be doing well. They are thinking “YAY FREE HEALTHCARE” remember the Obama voter who said before the election that Obama would pay for her food, house, car, etc..that is the mentality that is driving these people. If Obama wins re-election, we are officially Greece, we will be a Socialist country, Obama can come out of the closet and say “Yeah I’m a Socialist” and no one will care. America, she was once a great country, now I fear for our republic more than ever. The Founding Fathers are rolling over in their graves right now

Ya know what’s worse? (if it could be) ... he has the momentum. He actually is getting a BOUNCE from the SCOTUS ruling.

Saw the Rasmussen poll this a.m. and was PO`d as well. If, after 40+ months of 8%+ unemployment, $16.5 trillion debt, a disastrous foreign policy, equally disastrous border policy, $3+ per gallon gas, record numbers of actual unemployed, and daily governmental usurpation of Americans` rights and liberties... Obama wins in November, the republic truly is dead.

The left will forevermore have its jackboot on the neck of America through the rest of her dying existence.

These 'polls' are meant to make us depressed.

What was the ratio of Democrat to Republican in the poll?

Obama is going to get crushed in Nov.

The fact that CommieCare has been determined to be a tax doesn’t mean much when over half of the people infesting this country don’t pay taxes anyway. The Supreme Court’s “decision” will have no effect on the election except for maybe bringing out the freeloaders to cast a big “Thank You!” vote to their messiah. They probably would have voted for him anyway.

Polling is generally biased towards the left between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Today is a hot, sunny summer weekend here at the Jersey shore! "Normal" people aren't at home to answer automated telephone pollsters. They are at the beach, at the pool, in a boat, standing around the barbecue or in the mountains.

(Hmmmmmm. So why am I sitting at home at my computer posting???? I am recovering from an episode of sun poisoning -- a polymorphous light eruption that was caused by a drug I was taking, if you want to get technical -- and am giving my skin a rest! Otherwise, I'd be outside.)

IMO, Obama has been toast since Thursday. He should start to get bids from moving companies.

Long time to election day. Try this vertical continuum:
Extreme Conservative/Libertarian who might not vote for Mitt
Hard R who do not always vote
Hard R who will always vote; and always vote R
Swing voter who always vote
Swing voter who only vote when reminded/;motivated
Hard D who always vote; and always vote D
Hard D who do not alwauys vote
Extreme Progressive/Green who might not vote for Obama.

Will Mitt or Obama more motivate their base to vote?
Will Mitt or Obama more motivate their base to work hard to get to the polls, those who are not otherwise motivated to get to the polls?

Early voting will decide this election. Well organized ground troops can sweep a demographic one week at a time. the well organized campaign will dominate the early voting. The actual voting on election day will be a tie and make little difference.

So who is willing to step away from the keyboard and go door-to-door getting their neigbhors to vote early at the library, village hall or vote-mobile in front of the supermarket?

Issues and ideology will not decide the outcome, Smart work and hard work will decide the outcome.

To expect to win without hard work “because we are right” is affirmative action. Hard work should be rewarded with the win.
