Klayman originally filed the challenge to Obamas eligibility for the ballot on behalf of Michael Voeltz, who identifies himself as a registered member of the Democratic Party, voter and taxpayer in Broward County.
Lewis would have to reach a decision; he would have to put it on record, Klayman said. By amending for declaratory relief, were pulling the rug right out from Obama and the Florida secretary of state.
Klayman told WND Obamas lawyers immediately went into a tailspin and filed to have the amendment for declaratory relief stricken, which the judge granted, arguing he wanted to wait to issue a formal decision in the case.
But Klayman said his team is willing to file a stand-alone complaint for declaratory relief with Lewis as soon as next week and pull the rug out from under him, too.

I’m sorry, but after this week, how can anyone think this Supreme Court would find that Barack Obama is not a U.S. citizen?
They’d be more likely to say he’s exempt from the 8-year term limit than to say he’s ineligible to be President.

Well I certainly hope the judge doesn't read this on the internet. This kind of statement wouldn't exactly endear Klayman to the judge.

SCOTUS has already ruled that Obama is not eligible but can still be President because he is a TAX

Exactly. No way in h e doublehockeysticks is milquetoast roberts going to make such a decision. Even if Obama admitted he was born in Kenya at prime time on CBS, Roberts would find a way to make him eligible. After all, if a something can be both a tax and not a tax at the same time, then a person can be born in Kenya AND Hawaii at the same time.

We need to have all this stuff recorded regardless of whether or not it is acted on or not by the courts.
Who knows what the future holds.
To: Smokeyblue
Agree with this. Get it into the record no matter what.

We need to have all this stuff recorded regardless of whether or not it is acted on or not by the courts. Agreed.

Well, Larry, now that you’ve broadcast to the world how important it is, the Judge is going to give you the shaft, just to stay out of trouble with his cocktail party friends. Good work keeping the old trap shut. Just like old times, Larry....good times...

All that will do is provide a precedent.

If he screws around, hes violating law.
.
And you think that leaves the judge with sleepless nights?

We all know Obama is probably illegal in one way or another. This matter should be dealt with and Obama should be relieved of his duties as POTUS.

Judges don’t violate the law, they write it.
Does someone actually think we have a Constitution?

It’s already a precedent.
Besides, we don’t actually even know if Obama is even a citizen.
Despite the fact that lawlessness has taken over these past four years, it doesn’t negate the Constitution.
There has been no Constitutional Amendment.
Roberts be damned. He’s not a black-robed king.
He can be removed according to the Constitution.
To: Brown Deer
Evidently that’s what judges do, and do well, is violate the law.
