Congress should arrest him and since they no longer have a jail of their own they should contact Joe Arpaio about giving him space in one of his tents and a pair of pink under ware.

Tell me about it; I've been looking into how to challenge [state] Statutes that are blatantly against [state] Constitutions... apparently in order to get standing I have to violate it, which puts you in the horrid position of having to accept its authority in order to challenge its authority.
That sounds like a conflict of interest to me, but what do I know.
