There is no justice in the the Department of Justice; if they won’t do the bidding of Congress, then they should be fired and replaced by people who will.

Film at 11? I suppose some people are still hoping the Titanic will not sink at the end of the movie. What a big surprise that was.

The Democrat party and the RINO’s in both Houses of the Congress are just as guilty as Obama and Holder.

They are refusing to obey the Constitution and selling America down the tubes.

If we continue to allow this through the next election cycle we are as guilty as they.
If we cannot vote them out, we have to take them out, if we want a country that is free.

Just like in Orwell's Animal Farm all animals are equal, but some are more equal than others. What kind of society can we have when some are placed above the law?

Don’t despair people! There was a reason why Holder was found not only in criminal contempt but also civil contempt. The House knew that the Justice department would not press charges to get the documents (criminal contempt), so now they have to go the route of civil contempt. This allows them to prosecute in a civil court of law.

Bush’s Justice department did the exact same thing when contempt charges were filed in his administration. It’s all good!

Folks - the DOJ NEVER prosecutes in such cases - this is all hyperbole on our part! The Bush DOJ didn’t prosecute when the house moved for contempt citations against his advisors - and he at least had a case for executive privilege.

This was ALWAYS going to have to move through the civil side of the courts. It’s a pro-forma step that had to be taken. They actually did the House a favor by answering that they weren’t going to prosecute as quickly as they did. Issa was saying they expected to wait weeks to give the DA a chance to digest it.

We all knew he wasn’t going to be prosecuted. The next piece of excrement that holds that office wants to get away with the same thing.
